2. Subscription and Payment

• Payments processed through App Store's in-app purchase system
• Subscription management handled by RevenueCat
• Free tier: 3 requests per day
• Premium tier: 6 requests per day
• Auto-renewal unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal
• Refunds handled through App Store
• Apple Pay is not implemented

3. App Usage

• Personal, non-commercial use only
• Upload only food-related photos
• Respect daily request limits
• Do not share account access

4. Your Data

• We protect your privacy
• GDPR-compliant data storage
• Data deletion available on request

5. Service Limitations

• Recognition accuracy depends on photo quality
• Service may have maintenance periods
• Features may change over time

• App content is copyright protected
